When I see big red welts and sores on a baby’s behind, I share the unknown olive oil remedy with their mother. I used to try every over-the-counter diaper rash cure available along with a prescription or two from the doctor, but nothing worked! Then thankfully, I learned from a grandmother that olive oil is a great cure for diaper rash.

Yoga is the Best

Although the Yoga poses were and are still awkward for me to do, I noticed less aches and pains in my back and an enhanced feeling of well-being. So I decided if doing a little Yoga improved the way I felt, a daily routine should greatly improve my health. I have spent thousands of dollars on physical therapy, chiropractors, and massage therapists, but none of them have helped the arthritis in my back as much as doing the Yoga poses on a daily basis.

You Can’t Tell the Inside from the Outside

The other day I was with my son in the car and noticed a strange looking fellow. I said, “That guy is weird looking.” My son said what I always say to him, “Don’t judge, you can’t tell about the inside from the outside.” Logically I know this, but I have to keep being reminded of it.

Mormons and Catholics United Together

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir sings at the Cathedral Madeleine to commerate the 100th anniversary of the Cathedral that was built in 1909. Although our office staff practices various religions, we all enjoyed the evening and commented how nice it was to feel united as one despite our religious differences.

Questioning Global Warming
