Bill Martin Jr., author of Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, is one of my favorite children’s authors teaming with illustrator, Eric Carle. My children cheerily responded to Martin’s rhyme and orderly chronological writing style along with Carle’s delightful, bright and colorful illustrations.
